Terms & Conditions

A session is officially reserved only after:

• A signed agreement (when applicable)
• Payment of the required retainer or session fee
• Confirmation from Inelly Diaz Photography

All reservations are handled on a first-come, first-served basis.

• Retainers and booking fees are non-refundable and secure the reserved date and time of your session.
• Remaining balances must be paid according to the payment schedule communicated before the session date.
• Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of the session, withholding of galleries, or delay in final delivery.

• Clients may request rescheduling with reasonable notice. Approval depends on studio availability.
• Inelly Diaz Photography reserves the right to reschedule sessions due to:
  • Weather conditions
  • Emergencies
  • Illness
  • Unsafe environments
  • Situations outside of studio control
• Retainers remain non-refundable but may be transferred to a new approved date when applicable.

Clients are responsible for:

• Arriving prepared and on time
• Reviewing session details in advance
• Ensuring all participants are ready
• Communicating important information before the session

The overall experience and final results depend heavily on punctuality, preparation, cooperation, and communication.

• Session start times are reserved specifically for each client.
• Clients are expected to arrive on time and prepared to begin at the agreed session time.
• A grace period may be provided at the discretion of Inelly Diaz Photography. However:
  • Late arrivals may reduce the total session time
  • Session end times will generally remain unchanged to avoid affecting other scheduled clients
  • Excessive lateness may result in cancellation or rescheduling fees

If a client arrives significantly late, the studio reserves the right to shorten or cancel portions of the session while preserving the original booking fee.

Clients acknowledge that Inelly Diaz Photography maintains full creative control over:

• Artistic direction
• Editing style
• Lighting
• Composition
• Posing
• Color grading
• Final image selection

By booking a session, clients agree to trust the studio's artistic vision and editing approach.

RAW or unedited files are not included unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.

Delivery timelines vary depending on:

• Session type
• Editing workload
• Seasonal demand

Estimated delivery windows may be communicated before or after the session.

Images are delivered digitally unless otherwise specified.

• Clients are encouraged to download and back up their final galleries promptly.
• Inelly Diaz Photography is not responsible for long-term image storage after gallery delivery expiration periods.

All photographs remain the intellectual property and copyright of Inelly Diaz Photography.

Clients may:

• Share images online
• Print purchased images
• Use images for personal purposes

Clients may NOT:

• Alter edits
• Apply filters
• Sell images
• Submit work for publication without written permission
• Use images commercially without authorization

Unless otherwise requested in writing, Inelly Diaz Photography may use selected images for:

• Portfolio display
• Website presentation
• Social media
• Marketing materials
• Studio promotion

Clients requesting full privacy must communicate this before the session date.

While every reasonable effort is made to provide a safe and professional experience, Inelly Diaz Photography is not liable for:

• Injuries
• Lost belongings
• Unforeseen technical failures
• Weather-related interruptions
• Venue restrictions
• Delays outside studio control

All website content, branding, images, graphics, and written materials are protected intellectual property.

Unauthorized copying, downloading, reproduction, or misuse is prohibited.

These Terms & Conditions may be updated periodically without prior notice.

Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
